Do you offer package tracking?
Because we are a courier, almost all our deliveries are same day or next day. If you want to keep tabs on your package(s) you can use our app or call us to speak to a customer service agent who is in frequent contact with our drivers.
Do you pick up and deliver?
Not only do we pick up and deliver, we can also return newly signed documents to the sender if you order that service. We try to make things as convenient as possible for our clientele.
Do you offer fast delivery times and high-priority deliveries? Do you charge different rates for different speeds?
Although we prioritize every customer, we understand some things are pressing. High-priority/express deliveries are always available at a different rate than regular deliveries.
